Support your body in the face of COVID-19

There are a number of things you can do to support your body in the face of COVID-19. Making sure you have a balanced diet, are getting enough sleep and daily exercise are the fundamentals we all need to keep our bodies healthy and strong. That should be the first thing we all focus on, as in the face of daily demands and stresses it is all too easy to forget the basics.

Of course, being an Osteopath I could not go without saying that Osteopathic Treatment can have a beneficial effect on the immune system, by having a normalising effect on our adrenals.
